Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for overall construction and supervision of the projects.

    • Follow up the design and drawing. Also responsible for materials & estimate costs for the project.

    • Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.

    • Coordinate with direct construction workers.

    • Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.

    • Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.

    • Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineer.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area, interior & exterior.
  • At least 1-2 Years Work Experience of Supervision of Site Construction of interior.
  • Ability to manage and work under pressure.
  • Energetic, confident and proactive
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excel, MS Project, and Auto Cad would be beneficial.
  • Should be Hardworking and Self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
  • Civil Construction 
  • Knowledge of design materials.
  • Autocad Design, MS word.
